who told you: i was playing withrebel and pillmatic they seemed nice so i searched SRH in the official clan list and registered
how long ive been playing : about 7 months
other clans: Mizu(left)
why i left: i left because i had more stuff to do with my family and the clan wasn't doing so well either

country: Canada Eastern time
play times: 4:00 - 5:30
fav mode, map, weapon: OSOK, EzJemVill, SubMachineGun
headset: nope(wish i did tho)
Ventrilo: yes i can get it
i hope you will accept me and by the way im a pretty good player

I actually think he followed the template without including direct quates of what it says. There aren't any questions that were left unanswered, so it looks like things are good.
